Signauto provides digital marketing services on a monthly subscription basis. Due to the nature of our work — which involves active content production, research, publishing, and reporting delivered throughout each billing cycle — the following policy applies to all subscriptions.

Monthly Subscription Fees

All subscription plans — Starter, Growth, and Authority — are billed monthly. Fees paid for a billing cycle are non-refundable once that cycle has commenced. This is because work for the month begins immediately upon billing, including research, content production, reporting setup, and any scheduled publishing or outreach.

Minimum Commitment Period

All subscription plans require a minimum commitment of 3 months from the date of first payment. This minimum period exists because digital marketing results — including SEO improvements, content indexing, and brand visibility — require consistent effort over time to take effect. Cancellation requests submitted before the 3-month minimum has been completed will not take effect until the end of that minimum period, and all fees during that period remain payable.

Cancellation After the Minimum Period

After the initial 3-month period, clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing 30 days written notice sent to info@signautomarketing.com. The subscription will remain active and billable during the 30-day notice period. No refund is issued for the notice period month, as services continue to be delivered during that time.

What Happens at Cancellation

Upon confirmed cancellation, Signauto will deliver a final monthly report covering all work completed during the last active billing cycle. Access to any shared reports, dashboards, or documents provided during the engagement will remain available for 30 days after the final billing date, after which they may be removed.

Billing Errors and Disputes

If you believe a billing error has occurred, contact us within 14 days of the charge at info@signautomarketing.com. We will review the matter promptly and in good faith. Disputes raised after 14 days may not be eligible for adjustment.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Search engine rankings, Google visibility, and performance on third-party platforms depend on algorithms that operate independently and change without notice. Signauto applies professional expertise and industry best practices to improve your results, but does not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic levels, lead volumes, or business results. Refunds are not issued on the basis of unmet outcome expectations or changes in third-party platform behaviour.

This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
